We started this Furniture Medic franchise in 2003. We have spent most of our lives doing furniture repairs, building new furniture, and woodworking. Until we started the franchise this was done as a hobby. We were honored to build our franchise to the point we were awarded the Excellence Award.
Recipients of the Excellence Award must meet a variety of criteria in order to be nominated by the home office, including a minimum revenue amount, a minimum growth of 10 percent and a nomination by their Regional Office. From these recipients, the top 5 franchises are selected for the Expert award. The Excellence Award is given to the top franchise owner in the Expert category. The recipients who were honored at the convention represent the top performing franchise owners from over 600 businesses worldwide.
